Cindy Manning is founder and owner of Manning Legal Group, LLC, a group of experienced attorneys and staff serving legal needs of individuals and businesses facing the challenges of criminal charges, civil litigation, family law disputes and employment/HR counseling needs.
Cindy represents individuals charged with federal or state crimes including traffic offenses. Cindy is a former prosecutor and uses this experience to help her clients navigate the criminal justice system. The criminal defense team at Manning Legal Group, LLC gives clients personalized and detail driven attention on their cases and are available to help clients 24 hours per day to work on the best resolution for the client.
Cindy has tremendous experience representing businesses, individuals and organizations through the challenging phases of civil litigation from drafting or responding to demand letters to verdict and appeals. Civil litigation is often a daunting and mysterious challenge to businesses and individuals. Cindy works to help clients navigate these difficult waters to produce the best results in the most efficient manner.
Cindy also represents clients in probate litigation and all stages of the appeals process.
Cindy is a long term member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Fayette Bar Association.
Cindy earned her B.A., cum laude, from Florida State University in 1999 and her J. D., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 2002.
In 2005 and 2010, Cindy was recognized by Law & Politics as a "Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star."
In 2014, Cindy received the Justice Robert Benham Community Service Award from the State Bar of Georgia.
